As an office assistant, I managed incoming phone calls, directing them to full-time staff members. I created Parent/Guardian notification letters while maintaining the confidentiality of student information. My responsibilities included creating mail, scanning and filing reports, and completing various tasks assigned by the director and supervisors. I also communicated with campus organizations, professors, students, and office staff.
